The service
Dealero tracks quotes, proposals and estimates you have sent, schedules follow-ups, and stops automation when a customer replies or you close the deal. We provide the service on a subscription basis.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity carried out under your account. You must be authorised to connect any mailbox you add to Dealero.
Acceptable use
Dealero is for legitimate business follow-up with people you already have a commercial conversation with. It must not be used for unsolicited bulk email, misleading messaging, or anything unlawful.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Free trials run for 14 days and require no card. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Availability
We work to keep Dealero available and accurate, but the service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
Liability
Dealero assists with follow-up; commercial decisions and the content you send remain your responsibility. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated by email before they take effect.
