Common questions
- What counts as an active deal?
- Any quote, proposal or estimate that is still open — awaiting a response, in a follow-up sequence, or recently replied to. Won and lost deals stay in your history and do not count towards your limit.
- Do I need to change how I send quotes?
- No. You keep sending quotes the way you always have. Dealero watches the conversation and handles the follow-up.
- What happens after the free trial?
- You choose a plan when the 14 days are up. Nothing is charged automatically during the trial and no card is required to start.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings. Changes take effect on your next billing period.
